1. Exchange and Return Eligibility
1.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defects and size issues.
1.2. For defective products, submitting an opening video is mandatory to process the return.
1.3. For size exchanges, customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.
- Return shipping charges may apply depending on location.
2. Initiation of Return
2.1. Customers must Initiate the return within 7days of receiving the parcel.
2.1. To initiate the return process please get in touch with us through whatsapp 8820972520 with your opening video.
2.3. After the 7-day period, the facility for exchange or return is not available.
2.4. Please note that returns are not accepted for colour issues. Slight color variation is normal due to individual screen calibrations.
2.5. The returned product must be in it’s original/unused condition with original tags, labels etc intact.
2.6. Once the returned product is received and checked by us an exchange or refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
4.1. If you receive a defective product, submitting an opening video which properly shows the moment of unpacking the parcel to finding the defect is mandatory for processing the return.
